Payment Terms

Your returned lab work confirms the work requested, and an invoice will be included. A statement of accounts will be sent on the last business day of the month.
All accounts are payable within 30 days of the statement date. Accounts not paid in full within 30 days will incur a 1.5% late charge per month on the unpaid balance.
Accounts with an outstanding balance of over 60 days will transition to C.O.D
