As a general rule, remakes will be charged at 50% of the original price on the Fee Schedule.

The following issues are some, but not limited to, which will be remade at no cost.

• Crown is broken before delivery. If the crown breaks during delivery, if a concern was raised by our team beforehand in regard to fracture concerns but proceeded at doctor’s request then we would still charge for the remake.

• Shade adjustments / open interproximal contacts.

• Crowns with fit and/or margination issues on the WORKING MODEL before delivery.
